• How long will it take to receive my order?
• There are various choices of delivery to select from, First Class Royal Mail, UK Next Working Day - see information at the check-out.

• What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery?
• Non-deliveries can generally be collected from the RM Sorting Office or Courier Depot. Also, arrangements can be made for re-delivery direct with the Royal Mail Sorting Office or Courier - information is contained on the Calling Card.
  Non delivery items will only be keep for up to 7 days prior to return to us.

• Can I place my order over the phone?
• For credit and debit card security reasons, we can only accept payment through our secure payment area. This offers you the highest level of security, with the knowledge that we are never party to your full card details.
