We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible, and give you all the information we can about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase
Contract after you have ordered
Firstly, don’t panic if you make any mistakes during your order, you can correct any input errors right up until you confirm payment.
Once you’re happy everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order you’ll be given an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. You’ll then receive an email headed ‘Order Acknowledgement’ receipt of your order. We will then send a further email headed ‘Order Confirmation’ and this is when our contract with you begins. This second email also lets you know how your products will be delivered to you. If we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will email you to let you know.
Prices and payments
All our prices are in UK pounds, Euro and USD. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted. The transaction will be settled in USD, EUR or GBP (depending on your location) and will be converted at your bank's prevailing exchange rate.

‘Londontights will appear on your statement.
Your card will be charged the moment your items are dispatched from our warehouse. If when you place your order and it states the item(s) is out of stock, this item(s) will automatically go onto backorder for you and an estimated dispatch time will be quoted to you in the shopping basket and via your order confirmation email. If this is the case your order will be split into multiple deliveries and you will only be charged for the items sent with each shipment.
Delivery
If you place your order before 5.00pm UK Time (Monday to Friday) and subject to the items being in stock, your order will be dispatched from our UK warehouse the same working day.However, we will do our very best to get the goods out to you on the very same day that your order is placed. LondonTights delivers to anywhere in the world. We estimate that the delivery will take approximately:-
UK - 1 to 3 working days (dependent on your local postal delivery service, usually next day!
Europe - usually within 3 to 5 working days
USA & Canada - 4 to 12 working days
Rest of World - 1 to 2 weeks

Customs and VAT
Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
VAT of 20% is included on all our products in LondonTights website
Packaging Information
All orders are dispatched in completely plain bubble bags omitting any logos or company names.
Refunds
Should a customer of LondonTights be eligible for a refund the customer needs to be aware that a refund can take up to two to four weeks to be processed.
Returns/cancellations and after sales policy
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery
We're happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty. However, if the goods are not faulty and you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 30 Days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, if we no longer sell the item or if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons.
To return an item to us, all you have to do is in our website homepage under customer service click the link return and complete our online form after package the products carefully, include the delivery note and a brief note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (use a recorded delivery service for this). We will then refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange the items for other products if you prefer.
An email will be sent to you confirming your return information when we have processed it.
If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
If you don’t have your delivery note, then please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history. This guarantee does not affect your statutory right.
Should you choose to exchange a product that is not faulty then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. This is a real cost to our company and not a profit therefore the postage to resend goods to you will need to be charged. Please see postal charges for further information.
