All goods are posted by First Class Royal Mail post. Orders placed before 17:00/5.00pm will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are and subject to items being in stock. However, we will do our very best to get the goods out to you on the very same day that your order is placed. LondonTights delivers to anywhere in the world. We estimate that the delivery will take approximately:-

UK - 1 to 4 working days (dependent on your local postal delivery service, usually next day)
EEC - usually within 3 to 5 working days
USA & Canada - 4 to 12 working days
Rest of World - 1 to 2 weeks

Customs and VAT

Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
VAT of 20% is included on all our products.

Packaging Information

All orders are dispatched in completely plain bubble bags omitting any logos or company names.

Refunds

Should a customer of LondonTights be eligible for a refund the customer needs to be aware that a refund can take up to two to four weeks to be processed.
